Huhtala Oil Company realizes that your home is your biggest investment and there is nothing more important than being comfortable in the winter and during the summer.  That is why, in addition to our heating service, we offer residential air conditioning service and installations.  We currently employ eight service technicians who are certified by the EPA to perform routine maintenance and repairs for existing systems.  Our technicians are also trained to install new central air conditioning systems including ductless air conditioning units.

Central air conditioning systems require periodic maintenance just like your heating system.  If your system has not been serviced in more than a year, our air conditioning technicians are available to clean, service, and adjust your systems to ensure optimum performance and prevent breakdowns during those hot summer months.  If you do not have an air conditioning system, our service department will be happy to perform a free in-home evaluation to determine your cooling needs and provide you with a written estimate to install a new system.

We are equipped to service and install most major brands including Goodman, Comfort-Aire, Bryant, Thermo Pride, and Fujitsu General.

There are four basic components of Central Air Conditioning:

• An outside condensing unit

• An inside evaporator unit

• A set of tubing to circulate refrigerant between the outside and inside units

• An air delivery system to circulate the conditioned air.
