Meet EPA diesel requirements with ultra low sulfur diesel

As of June 2006, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires that 80% of all on-road refined diesel fuel must meet new stringent specifications. These new requirements decrease diesel sulfur content from 500 ppm to 15 ppm.

In addition to mandating the production of the new fuel, EPA also released regulations for engine manufacturers mandating that all heavy-duty diesel engines manufactured after January 1, 2007, must be fueled with only the new ultra low sulfur diesel.
